The boot that zips around it is attached to the bimini which makes it a bit tricky. Which direction do I fold it, and should it be folded around the tower itself?

As a new boater (and new to jet boats) I'm curious what's the best way to reverse from a slip? Should you first remove the tie-downs and then start the engines, or first start the engines and then remove the tie-downs? Since there is forward movement in neutral I'm not sure the best way to go...

We just picked up a '12 Challenger 210 and the wife wants to know if we can name the boat. A large majority of boats on our lake have names on the rear. I'm just not sure if there's room on the back of the boat for the letters. I could maybe remove the "challenger" decal on the back and place...

Those are some good points. The wake tower is growing on me and seems like it might be nice to have, even if we don't wakeboard. I found out this boat also has the twin 155's which makes it more attractive. This will probably be the one! Thanks for the input guys.

Thanks for the pic of the wake tower with the bimini top. The boat in question is a 2012. We don't have any garage clearance issues so the wake tower would be okay in that regard. I just wonder if it would be overkill since we won't use it for anything other than folding out the bimini top...

Thanks for the insight - we've decided that a 210 is the way to go. Good point as well about handling in choppy water.

I think you pretty much answered my question. Storage or towing really isn't an issue. If we went with a 180 I'm afraid I would regret not going for a 210. Thanks!

Yes the previous thread was quite helpful indeed. I suppose I could have continued this there. I'm just curious to hear from any 180 owners if they have ever felt the boat was too small or wish they would have purchased a 210.

Great info everyone! Much appreciated! What type of upkeep does the exterior require to keep it clean and looking new? Maybe wax it each year before putting away for storage? What would be a fair price to pay for a 210, twin 215's with under 100 hours?
