Has all new fuel lines, fuel valve and filter. I even loosened the gas cap thinking possible non venting.

The low and high are are the amount of turns out from when you have them turned in to a seated (closed) position. The low 1 and high 0 are the correct amount of turns out according to the manual.

I am looking at a GTX Millenium ski that needs a top end. I would rather have the whole engine rebuilt. I noticed that 5 star has good pricing on the 951. Any thoughts on 5 star?

Just snug on those for sure. My manual called for the torque on those in "inch lbs" but still seemed too tight with the plastic.

It my be worth it if the hull is in nice condition and there is a title and trailer with it, also figure the cost to have the engine installed and all the peripheral parts that you will need. If it were to need a new fuel pump the oem ones are $$$

Hopefully that back to oem carb kit is a genuine Mikuni kit. I would just use black fuel line from an auto parts or black marine line from a marine store.

I would think you could refinish that. Just use the self adhesive sandpaper on a piece of glass for a super smooth perfect finish.
