Speedster 200 - What brand oil and Filter?

I've been using the BRP kits since we picked up our 210 back in 2015. Kit comes with everything you need for the annual service. Oil Change Kit 4Tecs are finicky about plugs. You should be changing them out annually with your oil changes.

I agree. They definitely seem out of order based on the labels.

4 tec no flow during flush

Have you tried checking the hose from the pump to the manifold yet? I believe it's a 3/4" hose and it connects to the front underside of the exhaust manifold.

4 tec no flow during flush

If you run the hose prior to starting your motor, you run the risk of back-filling your exhaust with water. If enough water gets in you run the risk of ingesting water through the exhaust valves when they open (typically during starting). In the service manual there's a procedure for pumping...

Easiest way is to get under the boat and remove by hand.

SeaDek - Pro's Vs Con's? Can anyone chime in who has first hand experience on their Sea doo Boat?

We've had it in ours for a couple of seasons now. Looks great and we love it. I will warn you that it can "burn" and recede a bit on the edges if it gets super hot from direct sunlight. I have a couple of arcs burnt into the foot pad under the helm. Apparently the sun was reflecting off the...

Thrust Vector Not Compatible With Twin Engine 230 Models - But Compatible With Scarab Twin Engine - WHY??

I wonder if there's a clearance issue between the tops of the buckets and the bottom of the platform? The distance seems smaller on the Doo, but it's hard to tell from the pics as the buckets appear to be in different positions as well.

    2006 Challenger 180 Stereo Removal

Stereo on our 2012 210 is on driver's helm. Access is from behind front starboard bow cushion. Not sure if the 180s have an access panel behind the bow seats. I believe they lift straight up to remove. Check the bottom edge for screws before you start lifting up on it.

    2006 Challenger 180 flush port

Flush ports on our 2012 are on the left side of the pump. Looks like someone put a male nipple into the port. Probably just screwed the hose end onto it. I believe you're looking for something like this Just remove the nipple and replace with the quick connect adapter.

    rough run

I'd start with removing the old fuel and starting with some fresh fuel for a tank or two. Then check plugs and presence of spark on all 3/6 cylinders when she starts to cut out.

    2006 Challenger 180 Fuel Separator

A fuel/water separator certainly wouldn't hurt, but you're not even positive there's water getting into the fuel system, so it may not fix your problem. If you are getting water into your fuel system, the separator will help, but it would be best to figure out how the water is getting in in...

2007 Challenger 180 with Water almost to the top

More than likely the engine and electronics are toast. I'd run away as fast as I could personally.
