When I have the spark plugs unscrewed, but still on the connectors I’m not seeing a spark at the bottom, but I’m getting a shock while still holding the rubber top part of the connector ?

Yeah when the plugs are out it’s still trying to start up but having no luck , Thankyou for the tip I’ll definitely give that ago Thankyou 👍🏻
