2006 rxt Rough idle/miss.

Need some help guys. Recently purchased 2006 rxt sc with 94 hrs. Immediately had sc rebuilt, new plugs, oil change and filter. Problem: it idles between 1650 and 1900. Stays around 1800 but can go up and down that much and rarely stays around 1800 for more then a second. When i run on a flat river cant get more then 7400 rpms(for about 2 seconds) and usually running closer to 7100. There is a definite miss from around 3800 to 5200 rpms. Feel it on the ski and on the rpm gauge. Full tank of new 93 octane. Any thoughts?

Did you ever get this sorted out? I've got an identical ski and basically identical problems. Brand new SC rebuild, weird misses in that exact RPM range, but my RPMs are a bit higher, getting to 7600 typically once everything is warmed up.

Not as of yet, get alot of one time error messages on buds, think the ecu might be bad, but not sure
