1998 seadoo sportster 1800 bimini top scratching fix

Hi hivoltage98, I purchased the 3 Bow 6'L x 46"H x 79"-84"W with the straight pole in the back so you can put the top up with the cover on it so it is out of the way of the storage area. Then when you get to the cove you can open up the top for shade. It's tall enough that you can stand up and...

    Oil line prime question

Wow, expensive for what was done... I like to do my own repairs just for what you stated...poor work by shops and when you pick up your boat you have to check and finish what you had paid for...Hope they got the oil lines filled properly and didn't make another mess in the engine...

    Black tip/Hydroturf mats

I installed my Sea Doo mats in my boat...used the 3M spray adhesive...I taped off the area around the mats so I could spray without overspray and also spray the mats themselves. Adhesive worked great and so far mats are staying down after a trip to the lake. Here is what they look like...

Hi All, want to mount my depth finder/temp gauge to rear transom. Oil Leak at Oil Vent 97 Challenger 1800

Replaced the oil tank vent valve and cleaned up all the old spillage in the engine compartment and after taking the boat out happy to say that took care of the oil leakage. Tested the old valve and it was bad as it allowed air to be blown thru it in both directions.
