Carbs were rebuilt last season, brand new filters 6 hours before that, I always use non ethanol gas to keep her in tip top shape. I also replaced the oil filters and bled the lines so no air bubbles were in them.

check your grounds. believe the 12v is fed from the beeper, so you have 12v but your grounds sound like they are missing.
