    HA! GS runs GREAT, 10 times better than before. Now my GSX is acting up. Its always been hard to start but this past weekend, it just wouldnt start and run. Ugh.

    Got a hold of a wiring diagram. Had the starter solenoid ground going to power. Hooked the ground back properly and the ski started right up. Thanks bill, I feel like such a dope.

    Checked the coil wire and im getting 2 volts according to my voltmeter, that pushing the start button and not pushing it, ether way its 2 volts. What are the S wires?

    Can you swap MPEMs from different boats? Like a 97 GS with the 720 to the 99 GS with the 720? Or will this cause issue with the key not being recognized?

    Got the GS all back together. I need to know how much oil I should have put in the pump cone. I got a 6 oz bottle of sea doo oil and it says its good for 3 changes. I filled the cone up, the ski was titled back slightly being on the trailer, so I dropped the jack and tilted the ski forward...

    Grab the balancer and try to turn it. My starter bendix got stuck in the flywheel, and it did everything you mentioned above (clicks, voltage drops, ect). I never tried to turn the motor over by hand, and when I did found that it was stuck, gave the balancer a good yank and it freed the bendix...

    Good news, bad news. Got the parts in for the GS, wear ring installed and bearings installed, got the drive shaft out! I didnt order a seal for the pump bearings, and I had to demolish the steel ring the carbon seal rides on. That sucker was stuck solid, had to use my air hammer to break it...
