I went through two clusters on my 2002s, but that was when you could still buy a new one. The problem is once you pull them apart ... good luck getting them to seal and vent properly again. Good to know there's at least a knock off version available.

Ball bearing? What ball bearing? Check your engine mounts and verify alignment. Good that you don't have water in the hull.

Do you have the service manual? It's time for a jet-pump rebuild. You have a problem, and it's hard to give advice without seeing the pump. Torque on the impeller should be 92 ft lbs. It should spin freely after applying the proper torque.

Nobody; it's a 20 year old ski, and BRP is horrible about supporting electronics for older skis.
