Sounds like you have a fuel issue. Check your fuel pressure with a gauge. If the pressure is in spec, you'll want to check the injector control signal from the ECU.

I wouldn't worry about that. Sea-Doo uses about a gallon of RTV when the install the ride plates. I would be more worried about the damage to the gelcoat where you can see the fiberglass.

You said in your first post "misfires at all speeds." So, that means it runs, but misfires; which cylinder is misfiring? The ignition is a simple ground-side switched COP system. It's very easy to see if the ECM is providing coil control.

No better test than riding it on the water. You'll find out quickly if the jet pump was assembled correctly. Ask for maintenance records. It's not how old these skis are ... it's how well they are cared for.

My 2002's had lake temp sensors, but if you've verified the wiring is good, and the cluster, the only place you'll find that part is by searching Ebay for the part number.
