    True Impeller Size?

Not the best, last year I was running 45-47 mph tops. This year I was getting 42-44. It's a 14.5 twin 720. I expected atleast 49-50. Carbs are "brand new" I didn't feel like rebuilding them like for the other skis I have. I siliconed the ride plates, I have neoprene seals, almost positive the...

    True Impeller Size?

Hi, I have two impellers in my Challenger that I believe are very worn, almost nearly 138mm. I just bought two reman'd impellers trying to "save money" and they were roughly 139.2-5mm. If I were to buy a brand new impeller would it be exactly around 140mm? Thanks! Roughly I spent 240 for two...

95 XP Wont plane, One Cylinder? But more to it.

I unfortunately removed the video sometime ago, but I changed out the regulator and I'm damn sure the compression and the carbs are fine... I still am just getting a hard rev-limit when I bump the throttle. It idle's so strong too.

1996 Speedster Cable Replacement And Major Cavitation Problem

Just curious have you tried to silicone your ride plate? (Inside and outside, you dont really need to take it off just like press it into the edges of the plate. I'm also a hack half the time so :) ) Also my oil container has that same thing it goes to a check valve. With your shifting cable...

Challenger 5672 Engine Swap to 787's

I currently have a Challenger 5672 (14.5 ft with twin 720s), and I just came across a Challenger 1800 with twin 787s for a really good price. I'm considering swapping the 787s into my 5672. I know it's not a direct bolt-in, but since I wouldn’t need to hunt down two individual 787s or custom fab...

95 XP Wont plane, One Cylinder? But more to it.

Long story short I bought a 95 XP with a good Electric box, VTS works, Gauges sorta work etc. Took the engine out. Bought a 96 GTI 720 engine that was REALLY mint; looks like it had under 10 hours honestly. Swapped it in without changing the mpem or anything. I do believe I used the exhaust...

    2000 Sea-Doo Challenger, 5672; Hi-Lex Throttle Cable (Turn Acceleration)

Anyone referencing this. I took off the accelerator turning lines completely and replaced them with regular throttle cables to the throttle assembly. (Throttle Levers ---> Carb; nothing else) I prefer the no turn acceleration because I am DEFEINTELY in more control and can perform different...

Accelerator Tuning Question / Rejetting etc...

They worked surprisingly fine, 5 psi would probably have the same result. I said before it wasn't working well I just had to configure it the right way. Hypothetically if anyone else is trying to replace the accelerator pump nozzle; make sure its the right size. Anything under you'll get no...

Accelerator Tuning Question / Rejetting etc...

Well, I understand how they work sorta? Depressing pump ----> Flow -----> Ball and spring retracts -----> Flow -----> Other ball and spring retracts ----> Squirt! ----> Both ball's close to keep fuel pressurized. Problem is my accelerator needles were messed up, non-salvageable. Stamped a...

    In sea-water flushing idea?

Hi, I have a 720 and a 657. Here’s my idea: I will create a shutoff valve between the hose that is sucking in seawater. Then, I will have a normal T setup to the hose connection. As long as the shutoff is on, I should be able to flush while in the water, correct? Usually, I can take the ski...
