Thanks for the advice. I know the pic was not a good one. The biggest issue is pulling out of the water. I will try the longer rope. My bigger concern is when we get to wakeboard and ski but guess we'll find out.

is there a way to reduce the amount of rooster tail that the boat throws when pulling a skiier or tuber from the water. I don't have a tilt/trim on my 2004 utopia like I would on an outboard. my buddy suggested trim tabs but not sure if anyone has any solutions. Pic stinks but gives an idea...

Part 2 of the question is speakers. How do you compensate for the additional power draw with an amp and extra speakers? 2nd battery? Bigger alternator?

Thanks for all the replies. I will not be returning to this particular lake since it is so grassy. I will try the pvc idea. This thing was so snarled up the only way I was getting it clean was to spend some time underneath ripping weeds.

Yes there is a grate. I removed it to clean the seaweed. Any tricks on clearing a clog on the water? I have thought of a snorkel mask and small air tank so I can put the time in underneath but wasn't sure if anyone had any other tricks.
