Where does it go

So I bought a 2000 challenger. It needs reverse bucket cable replaced. The old one is already removed prior to me buying it.

So can’t work out how or what way this is meant to look in position.

New locking nut
2 half mon clips
Seal
Cable

I’ve everything connected barring how it’s fixed to transom. Locking nut is too big for where I assume it’s meant to go
