Unable To Turn Timing Chain

Hey Guys currently trying to take apart my block but running into a issue when trying to turn the Timing Chain when turning SC wheel.
Is there any other way im able to turn it have i missed something?
Also have tried impeller to no luck.

The SC nut is left handed so it should turn the engine over by turning the nut CCW. If your washers slip and still doesn't turn the engine over, you can put the driveshaft in and turn using a socket that fits snugly on the end of the driveshaft. If you're disassembling why do you need to turn the engine over?
