2006 gtx sc. Bogging running rich.

Our 4 tec has 140 hours we ride it without prolonged full throttle. But this seasons first ride it began bogging running rich. Could this be water in my gas? How can I tell? The spark plugs haven't been charged out since 2019? If it were the sc. Slipping what are those symptoms? Thank you.

How do you know it’s running rich? What do plugs look like? Might be worth changing out given its low cost and easy to help rule out them as root cause.

Perhaps post pictures of plug condition.
