Make another connector out of stainless steel thread bar. Put a 6mm stainless steel nut underneath where the square terminal was. Screw the new stainles 6mm thread into the nut. Screw another nut on and tighten it up. Place battery cable back on and tighten with a new stainless steel 6mm nut...

Sounds like the battery but could also be the terminals dirty on the solenoid or the earth cable on the block.

Does the reverse bucket go down fully when you pull the reverse lever?

Should be a small plastic plate on the rear starboard side. The plate is usually quite hard to read.

Yes I have a GTI 155......I do also have an aftermarket slow trolling module however its still not slow enough.....it has 5 speeds they were supposed to be 1,2,3,4,and 5 mph but mine is a bit higher and starts just under 2mph...just under 4 kmph. There were 3 of us in SA who actually met with...

Thanks for the reply...I fix a lot of Jetkskis and I am familiar how the IBR override works when the engine is not running....I want to know if I can use the same function when the engine is running....it works via C.A.N.

It might be a solution.....on Jetskis like a Yamaha fx we pull the manual reverse to slow down the jetski....IBR override while the engine is running would be perfect.

Sorry I didn't see your reply.....to slow the Sea Doo down when slow troll fishing. Slower than the low speed control.

The IBR can be overridden and moved up and down when the engine is not running....Is there a way to access this override with the engine running ? Can the settings in the ECU be changed?

Ahhh........that's a different problem! I Don't know the answer.......I would suggest maybe look at fuel issue?

You should wake the dash up .......info will display......insert DESS key it should beep twice then you can start the jetski....If you don't start it or it doesn't beep twice the info will disappear....as long as you get two beeps and ot starts everything is ok.
