    Bouncing gauges

Hey everyone. I just want to reach out and see if I might be on the right track here. Almost all of my instruments bounce in the Islandia. Boat is new to me by a couple of weeks and I haven't replaced the batteries yet but I was wondering if weak batteries could cause some issues that look like...

I just wasn't sure what to call them. I found them at easternmarine.com. "Bunk Stiffening Bars".

Makes sense to me. I like the look of that grate. I am on the hunt for those horizontal bunk brackets that are on the boat trailer. Mine are rusted to hell. I haven't been able to find direct replacements yet.

That is where I landed. For now the cables are just removed from the mount to the motor assembly and secured in the up position. Do you have a set of images or a thread of you making that change? Had to have the bimini repaired as we have the tow arch and I could not find a replacement canvas...

Had our first trip today. All was mostly well. Coming from outboards docking was an adventure the first time around. Weedless appears to be stuck down. Need to figure out how to get that back in the up position and just leave it be.

Appreciate the reply Chip. Are you happy with the boat otherwise? I am good with working on the boat myself.

Appreciate the reply! I am not afraid to be thorough and if the sellers are not open to it then I probably wouldn't want to purchase from them anyhow. Thanks for the heads up on the SCs. The 2006 does not have them. Named for good reason as it as been challenging to own?

Good day all! Hope all is well with everyone here on the forum. I have been away from Seadoo for a few years but not boats in general. Sold my 18' this last year and am looking to get back in with something larger and more featured. I have always liked the Islandia and am scheduled to look at a...

I'll snap some this coming weekend of how it sits relative to water line. No worries, and I appreciate the input! I don't mind being the guinea pig.

Here is what I ended up doing number wise. I like the look, we see if the patrol gives me any grief about where I put them. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk

Yeah, I've got good visible numbers on my XP, was just curious if anyone has come across anything nice besides the Sea-Doo kit. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk

Put a few more hours on the Spark Saturday around Tarpon Springs and down to Clearwater. Activated Sport mode for the first time. I have to admit on was skeptical about how much of a difference there would be, but I was very impressed! Now, on to getting hull numbers! Anybody have someone...

    Adding Spark

Great first day on the Spark. Weather was perfect. First impressions of the Spark are good. Obviously still break in period, but put 2.5hrs on today. More stable then I thought it would be. Anything in comparison to my 97 XP is stable. My 8 and 10 year old had no trouble boarding with the step...
