$140 a sheet without adhesive?! ouch. i wonder what the benefit of this stuff over dynamat is? dynamat is more than half the price and comes with adhesive.

if its not something that was caused by the previous owner then it may just an imperfection left by the mold from production. you may be able to buff it smooth with some heavy rubbing compound

im not familiar with your tower but the seat backs are just slid on. if you grab underneath and pull them straight up they will pop up and off. i had to cut some holes behind my front seat backs to mount my tower. $500 to install a tower is absurd. it took me about 2.5 hours start to finish to...

I think the regulator would throw an alarm if it were the acting up. If yo change the plugs and problem still exists, check your coils. Did you have fresh gas in it when the problem occured?

I think they make a rack for an rxp. Maybe you could engineer a way to mount in to your stern somehow.

You should realy tear the bottom end down to inspect the bearings. I had a cylinder look like that before and it was due to a cage breaking apart on a pto side bearing. Took 2 top ends to figure it out.

I don't see what there is to warrenty. Every part gets replaced with the rebuild kit except the impellar and the cases. Unless you don't know how to put a seal in straight I don't think you could screw it up.

I just got done rebuilding mine an hour ago. i can believe someone would charge $75 for an hour or less worth of work. send me the parts and the charger and id do it for you for $45 plus return ship. its a piece of cake. haha
