I think you are correct about the venting. When I bought it the previous owner warned me it wasn’t installed and was using a hand held lead blower to vent fumes. I ended up purchasing Sea Doo part number 204000133 “BROACH” which I believe is the correct retaining clamp/band/wire.

No I misspoke. My blower wasn’t even installed when I put the new one in.

did you already have the ring or did you need a replacement? I replaced my non-functioning one but it is currently wedged into the exhaust stack with nothing really holding it in place. A new ring would be great

That website did not have a manual for anything close to the model year of my boat unfortunately. The 2010 shop manual had the electric diagram of the blower but not a diagram of where it would be mounted.

I have not looked. If you think it is in there, I will happily purchase it but I was looking for some confirmation that it was in there before doing so.
