the one on the gas tank should bend up into the hole but they come out a lot unless you ziptie it to the correct place. there should be some mounts that you can ziptie it too near the hole.

when was the last time it was rebuilt?

the wiring harness's should be the same I think, you might be missing something on the one that isn't working. What do you think the extra plug goes to on the working one?

Considering you have another ski that you can test stuff in you could check that ski since its working and make sure all the connections look the same on the one you are having problems with. From what I've looked at I think there is 1 small ground that is on the main wiring harness and that is...

Have you replaced fuel lines?

The fuel baffle could be not sending anything to the gas gauge causing it not to move so that isn't a reliable way to see if it turns on. There should be a main power supply somewhere in the front of the ski you could test that to see it is getting any power.

Sounds like you have the wrong shaft or something is in the pto or impeller.

What are the current engines that are bad

I think the main ground for each engine is on the bottom and a couple more around the sides.

Check the connection that connects the rear electrical to mpem

Sounding like something on the wiring harness is broken or not connected. I'm not to good with the wiring but you could check to see if everything is connected.

Does the engine spin over if you jump the solenoid?

check the hin on the back the last 2 number should be year

Im thinking a 96 xp but we need some more pictures. Get of of the hin on the back of the ski.

check waterbox and exaust to make sure none of them are leaking thay cab cause performance issues
