I had the same issue on my 98 gtx ltd. The cap/screen fell off the bottom of my fuel pickup tube/sending unit and the float fell out. My float was also flooded with fuel. Could be either of those things or a sending unit circuit board problem or all three.

Is the nut turning independently of the “disc” it’s on? If so, it’s not only stripped, it’s broken. That is supposed to be a one piece molded part.

Sounds like the threaded portion of that “piston exhaust” is stripped. It should bottom out when tightened ( but not too tight cuz it’s plastic.) The leak is probably the o-ring or base gasket depending on where it’s coming from. I just rebuilt the RAVEs on my 951 and found that the previous...

So I measured the stem (it looks small to me too) and it’s 0.1mm smaller than the existing guillotines. Then I measured from the bottom side of the stem collar to the center of the blade edge. Ski #1 measured 55mm; ski #2 measured 55.5mm; the new Titan measured 56mm. Also, the arc of the Titan...

Damn. Sounds like I have to pull the cylinders. I guess I’ll know more after checking everything out you referenced. The ski with the longer guillotines actually ran pretty good. Maybe I should just put the old ones back in 😬

It looks like the previous owner just filled the gasket area with silicone grease. I’ll have to try finding a replacement gasket.
