Hello, i have this optimax that need 10000:- in fuel system repair. I was thinking to take a rotax 4tec supercharger and do an engine swap. It should work with 260-300 hp or will it be to revvy due to the heavy boat?

The engine is in a boat so that is why i wondering, the supercharged engines should bolt direct in?

Hello, is it any tuning available for this engine? I only see for the newer ones. If i replace the engine, is it the same pump in the more hp skis? Thanks

Yes i also think that it should be possible that way. I dont have either the boat or the replace engine to look at, i wonder if the bolt pattern is the same to attach it to the pump..

Hello, is it possible to mount an fully dressed outboard powerhead to the sport jet pump? I have an islandia with the optimax 250 and need to replace the engine. I know that the crankshaft has other splines on the sport jet engine but i figured that someone maybe done this before? Wery much...
