I have 27psi for pop off. Seats did not leak during the tests.

Point 3 is where I am now. Good color on the plugs at 30% to WOT with crisp response. Idle is still to rich and until warmed up, it loads up. I have closed the Low Speed Adjuster 1/4 turn. It's better, but still rich.
