There are some used Seadoo parts dealers out there that might have them. I checked Vintage Parts, they don't have it either. You could take it to a welder and have them use a TIG welder to fix it.

Are you sure it's stainless? Seadoo factory wear rings are not stainless, but like nylon or delrin material. There are some aftermarket stainless wear rings, but no one recommends using them.

if you battery was 4 inches under water, that means your fuse box was under water too. Check and clean the buss bar in the fuse box (provides pwr) and your canbus bars, as check and clean all your fuses.
