    Fault code Yes P16c8 - 2012 Wake 210, 430

Hi all, anyone have this problem before? When I run above 40mph, starboard engine looses power and get fault code P16c8. I shut down and turn off main power switch to reset. Runs fine until cruising above 40mph again. Any thoughts?

    2012 210 Wake Bilge Pump

Sorry for the delay. Yes, that hole I assume is meant to drain to the engine compartment but it doesn’t empty. I’ve now installed a second bilge pump in that compartment and it keeps it dry but still don’t know why it doesn’t drain to the engine compartment.

210 Wake 2012 ski pylon stuck

Hi All, my ski pylon on the swim deck has been stuck for 3 years (since I bought the boat) and I jus managed to get it out by hammering from the bottom (engine compartment). I’ve cleaned and oiled and it still gets stuck about half way down. I could bang it in but will not come out. Any...

    2012 210 Wake Bilge Pump

Apologies, got distracted by my day job. We had heavy rain last week so that could be the source of the water. Came back to the boat: engine compartment bone dry, bilge working fine, and yet the ski locker has about 6” of water. To your earlier point, on the 210 the ski locker sides follow the...

    2012 210 Wake Bilge Pump

The left side of the picture is the rear of the ski locker. I have the factory wake boost system with all the pumps and hoses and you can see the ball valves for the thru-hull fittings for the ballast system. At the bulkhead to the back you can see a “U” shaped hole at the bottom. Beyond this...

    2012 210 Wake Bilge Pump

Thanks for your comments. I have tried to snake and even pressure wash the drain passage but the water keeps retiring to the ski locker, until I raise the bow enough to get it to flow to the engine compartment (when accelerating onto a plane). Strange I know. Will keep fiddling.

    2012 210 Wake Bilge Pump

Apologies for the delayed response and thank you for the reply. It’s interesting, ill check to see if my ski locker has a false bottom. Water does nonetheless gather in the locker vs the engine compartment. each week when I arrive, there may be a couple of inches of water in the locker and...

    2012 210 Wake Bilge Pump

It seems that the lowest point in the boat is not where the factory place the bilge pump in the engine compartment of this boat. I leave the boat in the water for a week at a time between uses and the ski locker can gain significant water if there is a small leak somewhere which doesn’t trigger...

    Supercharger Maintenance 210 wake 430

Hello All, My 2012, 210 wake boast has twin 215 engines with 130 hours. I understood that the supercharger should be rebuilt After 100 hours or 2 years of service and subsequently every 200 hours thereafter. However, the service manual says only that the supercharger clutch I’d to be...

Bilge pump stuck on - 210 wake boat 2012

Thank you for the reply. I think i figured it out. The pump seems to have a solid state sensor in a vacuum cavity and the cavity is filled with water. Apparently they are sonically welded plastic units and sometimes they fail and water gets in. Looks like i need a new pump. This one is just...
