This is my first time doing an engine swap ever, I have a 2002 Seadoo GTI and the engine is bad and I have 951 engine from 2000 Seadoo GSX. Will that work? And any tips and trick on doing it. Do I have to replace the ECU or can I just keep the GTI ecu?

Run and stay on but won’t go over 4000rpm and 35mhp tops. I rebuilt the carbs and replace the fuel lines and the fuel selector. A guy said I might be running on one cylinder and some said it might be my Reed valve?

Just bought a seadoo GTI the guy I got it from took the oil tank and start running on premix. He said it ran then started bogging down then dies on water but ran perfect on trailer. Should I put the tank back on or should I leave it? Don’t really know anything about converting to premix so idk...

I have a Sea-Doo XP limited 2002, I would have to let the ski run at 10 mph before pressing it all the way down to be about to go up to 40mph or else it’ll stay at 10mph and even if I get it up to 40mph it would only stay up there for at least 3-5 mins. What could it be ?

Just recently bought 2 seadoo xp, one is 1998 and one is 2002. Guy told me it’s been sitting for 2 years and it run before he put them away. He said all I need to do is clean carbs and it should be running again. What steps should I do first? Help please
